Crisis Management

Our specialized partner designs and trains management organizations in emergencies handling through analysis, workshops and methodological support. We have developed a comprehensive training program designed for different types of industries and we conduct hundreds of training exercises for companies annually.

In our experience, emergency plans should be designed to be as simple as possible.  The same principle applies to the crisis management organization. It is better to start with as few levels as possible and expand if the need increases. We work to lead efforts to develop emergency management organizations, something that is better to be conducted in smaller scale and then elevate. Complexity in this type of issues does not help when the incident shows up.

Emergency plans and checklists are the most effective when they have been designed by the organization’s own crisis management and not by external consultants. We can serve as a partner in the development of such plans and can support the internal features of basic checklists and continuous quality assurance of materials. We can also provide for a second opinion on current plans and crisis management, being a cost effective way to ensure a good level of quality.

We train management and communication managers to handle identified and unforeseen crises in media. We design checklists and communication plans in order to make the client’s heads of communication comfortable about communicating with the media.
