It functions in a very innovative way to approach business (own and of the clients) challenges. The “holistic approach”.
This approach in business is known from the far past, but very rarely seen in the recent days.
It is merely seen in the medical approach of “curing” problems and it gains more and more credit, as the time passes.
The definition of holistic approach of identifying (or diagnosing) and tackling business entities issues, is very straight forward.
“Look at the entity as a WHOLE. NOT as a number of parts”.
This approach, by definition, eliminates the first and vital risk to identify the issue(s) in one or more parts of the business entity, while the real problem lies in the whole entity operating system.
Further, it assumes (which is, in most of the cases, the truth) that the business entity’s value consists always by the value of its people plus the value of the actions of these people in the business environment (internal and external).
It also assumes that our client is “family”. We function closely with her/him, we communicate in an ultimate trust and we accept each other’s values and culture. We “sense” with her/him the issues and we target to “see” the same things in the family.
Mpkd, has adapted this approach, in its own functions. The results so far are beyond “normal” expectations. Performance, deliverables and satisfaction wise. We are happy working in it. Business and pleasure at the same time.
